I don't see why it is still illegal, but whatever.

I'll just leave this here

George Washington grew "hemp" and separated the males from the females for it's THC content?
Isn't hemp useless as an intoxicant?

Isn't alcohol an intoxicant?

I honestly don't see why there are some still clinging to this useless argument. Not directly at you, since I don't know if you are just echoing the usual argument or being serious.

Anyways, hemp also used as paper, and other uses not just to get high, but then again seriously what wrong with doing that?

I don't get high, but I do still get a pretty small buzz when I drink just enough alcohol. Remind me again, isn't alcohol also an intoxicant?

Don't get me wrong, and I'm not attacking you, but all throughout my young life I've been told the so-called dangers about Marijuana, the great boogeyman-drug, a 'gateway' drug. Yea yea whatever.

I'm reminded of that Reefer Madness movie, honestly what a joke.

Resilient hemp can and is grown with no THC but I doubt in those times?

I'v never had a hangover from pot, not to mention something like grain alcohol that will kill you; donuts are worse than weed!

Attachment 20683
I've had hangovers, they do suck but whenever I have a few I also try to remember to have some water afterwards. Hangovers are pretty much the aftereffects of alcohol and dehydration.

Donuts are awesome, but that can cause health effects too. IE, weightgain and diabetes.

Is Marijuana completely harmless? No, since it is typically smoked, so technically you are not doing your lungs a favor. Still just about anything can be bad for you if you have too much of it.

My point is that I thought hemp (at that time) was grown for rope/clothing/parchment/etc, not for smoking.

Dude, I'm an ex needle-shooting meth head, nothing you can say will offend me.
I picked this nickname/handle for a reason.

I don't drink alcohol, so I don't know why that was brought up.
I'm all for decriminalization, or "What I do at home is nunya"

Yes, "they" said this and that about pot, but continue to murder more than 480,000 per year
with tobacco. Hippocracy at its finest.

Peace.

I can't stand the sight of needles, they just freak me out and I always get anxious when I have to get a shot. Its even worse if I have to get blood drawn, and I just managed now to creep myself out

so, since my point is that I thought hemp (at that time) was grown for rope/clothing/parchment/etc, not for smoking, why is Old George separating
males from females for "THC content" if the video is to be believed?

I don't fear needles (or the wait which is the worst) anymore (probably thanks to my 11 year old nephew who has had over 25 surgerys now) but Heroin or "hardcore drugs" have always scared me, so I steer clear. Ibuprofen is good enough. I only drink occasionally for social events.

(Now and) if it were legal here, I (do) would enjoy it weekly; just like 12 year old's can because it's unregulated.
With the potencies of non toxic Marijuana these days there is no need to smoke it... not that moderation isn't key.

:Edit.

If he did use it for other purposes, awesome. I am sure that he also thought of himself as some kind of 'botonist'. I was never interested, so I guess he actually had other scientific observations. I don't really know *shrug*
