I don't think I understand fully what your looking for. So you want a non-Outlook mail client to access reminders that you stored in Outlook? Are these reminders stored in a local profile outlook.pst file or in an Exchange server mailbox? Please explain some more detail about what your trying to accomplish.

Yes,you are absolutely right.I want a non-MS Outlook mail client to access reminders that users stored in MS Outlook. These reminders are stored in local pst file. Here is no exchanger server.
My approach is, convert the licensed MS-Outlook mail clients to free opensource mail clients. But all systems will not get it immediately. Some systems will continue with MS-Outlook mail client. So Non MS-Outlook and MS Outlook mail clients need to communicate with each other to get the reminders from other users.I hope I have explained.
The easiest method is probably to allow IMAP and LDAP access to the Exchange server, and use your IMAP/LDAP client of choice.
Else, the only non-Outlook Exchange client so far as I know is Evolution, but I've never managed to get along with it. If you're going to give it a look, make sure you have a go with it when productivity's not important.
IBM's Symphony supports Exchange, but I *think* it requires a configured Outlook install.
