Low cost server with iLO/RSC (Management port)

I am looking for a cheap server with Management Port. Performance is not a matter here (486 power would be enough).

What I have found is following HP. The price 905.00 USD is acceptable (but it is max I could pay). The only thing I am worried is iLO. As far as I remember it is necessary to pay yearly for license/registration key (otherwise ilo doesnt work).

Does anyone of you have any other suggestions for low cost hardware with Management Port ?

Find yourself a nice used SunFire x64 system on eBay.

thank you for reply.
However, I am looking for a new machines (not a second hand).
Except that old Sun's hardware is a lot of power consuming.
