Lightbulb LINUX PLANE MODEL Project and Legal question

Hello Everyone !!!

My name is Kostya, Few months ago I joined DARON company and now able to design model airplanes.

Thinking about something uncrashable I've got and idea to create a custom model for Linux.

It's a Boeing 747-400F Cargo plane with Linux paint scheme.
here is a link: (please copy it in your browser after http)

daronhires.dtopinc.com/project_linux/Linux747small.jpg

I have to know is there legal Penguin logo, and Linux name owner.

Please help.

Anyway it's just an idea for now.

It could be possible to produce the model if I collect at least 1000 orders, so your comments are welcome.

Plane will be in 1:200 scale with gears for about $40.00

I'd like to know if anyone interested to put it on his or her desk.

Thank you.

Kostya

"Linux" is a registered trademark of Linus Torvalds, if that's what you mean.

Thanks guys,
I will check on these sites. We will have to pay royalty to produce something with Linux name and logo on it. Hope it will be not too much.

Any ideas how I can get people oppinion on this Plane model?

Thanks.
