LINUX PLANE MODEL Project and Legal question
 

Hello Everyone !!!

My name is Kostya, Few months ago I joined DARON company and now able to design model airplanes.

Thinking about something uncrashable I've got and idea to create a custom model for Linux.

It's a Boeing 747-400F Cargo plane with Linux paint scheme.

I have to know is there legal Penguin logo, and Linux name owner.

Please help.

Anyway it's just an idea for now.

It could be possible to produce the model if I collect at least 1000 orders, so your comments are welcome.

Plane will be in 1:200 scale with gears for about $40.00

I'd like to know if anyone interested to put it on his or her desk.

I will check on these sites. We will have to pay royalty to produce something with Linux name and logo on it. Hope it will be not too much.

I have this one 'torvalds@transmeta.com' but it was rejected with the mesage that he's not with the company anymore.
