Linux games

I'm bored. Can anyone suggest/recommend any games that'll run on my laptop (Suse 8.1) that are any good? What are people playing?

America's Army is a good one. Quake III Arena is always a favorite. And Return to Castle Wolfenstein (the demo at least) is a fun game if you have winex.

what kind of graphics capability do you have? 2D, 3D DRI?

No special graphics adapter - whatever tosh supply... That'll be Wolfenstein out then!

I'm thinking more of 'games you can play in the office when you're meant to be working (sh!)'

If your Laptop will take a gamepad I would suggest something like Snes9x... You can while away the hours playing some old school Nintendo games.
