linksys wrt54gs problem
I installed sveasoft firmware in wrt54gs, in order to use it as a client. I tried to setup the addresses (IP, gateway, etc), however there were problems and not all settings were saved. Changing the default IP is unfortunately what i did first; "unfortunately", because now i cannot connect to the wrt either using the new IP, or using the default one. What can i do now? Is there a way to restore the default factory settings or something? Please help me out.
Thanks.

Press the reset button on the back and hold it in for about 5 seconds or longer.. it should reset all settings to the factory default.

I have tried it. Unfortunately, before trying to save my new changes, i had to disable all services. That, i think, has caused the wrt not being able to restart.
I wonder if not being able to contact it -i have tried it with both the default IP and the new one- means that it now, for some reason, uses a different, third IP (which i have to discover) or if i have to throw it away.
