libmp3lame and sox

How do I insmod libmp3lame? I need it for sox. Which of these three files listed is the library?

I compiled and installed a lame package I had of old, uninstalled my version of sox, and recompiled and installed the same version (I have the sources). And voila, sox now converts to and from MP3.
