Knoppix downloading from ftp.ntua.gr

I got 2 questions:

1) I wanna download Knoppix from knoppix.org and especially from ftp.ntua.gr so i got to knoppix.org downloads then click ftp at ftp.ntua.gr and i see a list with many files and many iso files?
which iso files should i download?please help

2) I got ahead nero 5, how do i write a writable cd on it?

To burn the images with nero, check this tutorial out:

Assuming that you want the English version of Knoppix, this is most likely the one you want:

ftp://ftp.ntua.gr/pub/linux/knoppix/...4-08-16-EN.iso
