Is there any good Terminal Emulator on windows? (For use with SUA or Cygwin)

I have set up SUA on my windows7 box.

However, the default terminal application on windows isnt as handy as Gnome Terminal or Konsole

Im wondering if there are any good alternatives on windows?
Or is it possible to run a linux terminal emulator on X Server through SUA?

So this is what I have done (really slow (and perhaps dumb) in a non-lan network setup)

with Xming set up on my windows 7 box

start SUA
1. ssh -Y me@linux, ssh to my linux box
2. export DIPLAY=ip:0, specify the host to display stuff
3. sshfs me@windows: ./mnt_point
4. Launch konsole

so, now Im using konsole as my terminal......

I kinda wrote a script doing all this at once...
but it is rlly slow when the network speed isnt optimal, as essentially the same file is sent twice over the network...

Any better alternatives?

Im not sure if the program Console2 is any good
Anyone tried it here?
