Is there a way to delete Toolbars?

In Windows...

Open Internet Explorer
At the top, under View
ToolBars

IS there a way to permanently delete one?

You can remove some of them in the "Add Remove Programs" under Control Panel.

also dont 4get, use spybot, i had a toolbar that only it could remove (ther was no option in add/remove programs for it, and no files it had in program files, spybot got rid of that damn thing nicely, also if ya want to permidently delet that stuff, get a difrent broser like mozilla or other gecko web brosers (i think firebird should be classifyed as mozilla as u get it from teh same place ), or get a Mac or linux or whatever unix-like system u want
