I recall of a way to install KDE on Cygwin when running setup.exe, and downloading from a server. A while ago, this seems to have gone down; is there another way to do it, other than installing once Cygwin is installed?
there seems to be a discrepence between the results of different cygwin servers, for example there is a server that contains all of the packages that you'll need to set up KDE 1 through 3.4 and QT as well. your best bet is to google a the home page.
Just add that to the list of servers that you use to download cygwin packages, (Ignore the 'this is an old ini file warning' and choose the approptiate packages).
