installing Hydra 5.9 with Cygwin

Hi

I'm new in linux and trying to install hydra 5.9 src with Cygwin

But failed to continue as the compilation process asking for following ,even i downloaded complete cygwin but did not fint the files required

postgres : Libpq.so
SVN:Libsvn_client-1, Libapr-1,Libaprutil-1.so
MYSQL:Libmysqlclient.so
AFP:Libafpclient.so
NCP:Libncp.so.nwcalls.h
SAP/R3:Librfc/saprfc.h
GU: requires Pkg-config

where to find all files to complete compiling of Hydra 5.9

is there a reason you can not use a full Linux install?
But need to use a linux emulator that is known to only run about 70 to 80% of linux programs
Not everything can be ran in CygWin in a Windows OS
