In 2022, where to buy a Solar Powered Notebook, 100% ECO and Renewable energy?

Hello,

The funny thing is that the world is bringing propaganda to sell new electric cars, increase the price of gas, ... fuel,... for no real reason.
The temperature reached values that we never recorded, daily.

But still no one will give a fully opensource solution using solar panels.

Industry would have nothing to earn to see an Solar Powered Notebook, 100% ECO and Renewable energy, especially if it is ARM + Running free Software like BSD (or maybe Linux). I can remind you that Linux is not fully free. Run BSD which is ultimately opensource - more than a RedHat, Ubuntu,... Gnome industry to cash money.

In 2022, where to buy a Solar Powered Notebook, 100% ECO and Renewable energy?

Best regards

Note:

You glue on the panel lid a small size solar panel + remove the pine64 arm, replaced by a PI Zero W (raspberry rpi zero, w) it would surely work.

The PI Zero W has ultra low power consumption requirement.

AliExpress already has solar mobile phone chargers. Some are big enough to run/charge a netbook.

I think that I would buy a solar-driven rechargeable battery pack with enough power to drive a notebook and recharge its batteries.

Pinebook and Pinebook Pro (from Pine64) can charge from USB3. All you need is a solar charging power pack that provides full current USB3. I wonder if they would consider making something Pinebook Green with a built-in solar charging panel?

Only uses 1 watt of power.

Battery charged with solar probably possible.

Sim city will even run on these things.

Hey guys your are not going to transport a 100 kilo solar panel on your back with your suitcase and mini PC ;)

I'd be surprised if enough solar power for a low power pc would weigh 1kg.

No, but you CAN carry a solar power brick and panel in your pocket! The come in different sizes and capacity, and you can get the one to fit your need and laptop! (All of them cost more than they should, but that is a different problem.)

Check this page: https://cleanenergysummit.org/best-s...s-for-camping/ but note that some of these are RV or auto portable, nut backpack. Check 8, 11, and 12 for ones you can carry. Make sure you get one that somes with solar panels included, or you end up buying (and packing) the panel extra.
