Implementing Knowledge management


Hi guy's,
i am trying to deploy a application that will be welfare for the knowledge management basically sharing files with authentication's and restriction.Can anyone give me idea how to implement knowledge management.
Any application that will support the knowledge management.

Searching Freshmeat yields http://freshmeat.net/projects/kraken/ and http://osx.freshmeat.net/projects/relations/, both part of the Information Management section at http://freshmeat.net/browse/1018/. Searching Sourceforge yields even more: http://sourceforge.net/search/?type_...dge+management. IMHO implementing the software side of things will be the easiest part because it doesn't require much as what is required from an organization to have them embrace and sustain it.

Thanks for the option's but the feature is not sufficient in the these application. I require the same with some authentication option. can anyone suggest me some more application.
