If you have or are planning a career in IT?

Corporate IT has some major pitfalls. I've been in the business since '82 and worked at various companies as a consultant, project manager, technical lead, developer and worn many hats. There are companies that really get it but most of them are in Dilbert land.

Where I work now is like repeating 4th grade over. The politics suck. So what to do? Hack the politics. Come on by my blog where we can share war stories and figure out how to get work done by hacking the corporate culture.
