I was wondering if there was a Linux OS for virtualization?
 

Im asking this because i want to use ReactOS on a usb since it has no usb support i thought that Virtualbox would be a good alternative then running it on a cd/dvd which i don't have lying around and the ones i do aren't recognised by my main OS(Ubuntu Bionic Beaver) and i would be able to allocate more of my laptops resources to it(Theoretically) i'm quite young but i have quite a bit of experience with linux for my age.

I'm not really sure exactly what you're asking here, but; you can run almost any OS in Virtualbox, but whether you'll be able to install the "guest additions" on said OS depends on whether or not that said OS is supported or not.

To enable USB 2 or 3, you'll need the closed source version of Virtualbox installed from Oracle themselves, and you'll need the "VirtualBox extension package" installed to provide USB 2 and 3 support - or you'll only have USB 1.1

For memory, it depends on the OS you want to run in Virtualbox, the apps you want to run on both the "host" system and the apps running in the "guest" system (the virtual machine(s) itself), as well as how much memory your laptop etc has available for both systems.
