I need to take away my root priviledges.
Every time I log in as root, I seriously screw something up. I guess I just have a knack for it...
Just know I was playing with what services were running, and basically, I turned them all off, to see what kind of an increase in speed I would see. Well, there were a few key ones running... and my system didn't seem to like it. CRASH! goes the x-server.
It's all taken care of now, and I guess it's good in a way, because how better to learn than to do it yourself?
Anybody need their system trashed? I'm the person to call!

My system has never screwed up badly ever since the time I stopped using Red Hat and Mandrake and started using Slackware, so come here and trash my system, I could do with a nice format now and then.
