I need to get video from Windows XP DVR (digital video recorder) to a web page.....

I am helping a non-profit. They want to place CCTV video from a site with Century Link (Qwest) DSL to a web page, currently hosted on Go Daddy.

I need some guidance on where to start... I am not afraid to read...

Thanks in advance....

Well, to start with you will need information about the CCTV system and software. That you would most likely have to get from the installers. You would probably need the Windows XP Professional version in order to get that machine to act as a server. Using a Linux system would be cheaper.
A lot depends on the CCTV system and what the software allows.
The task you're describing sounds like a major headache for even the most experienced network administrators.
