I feel human again !
I just thought i should say this that ever since i started using linux (just about 2 weeks), my brain has started working again! I really feel less of a zombie and more of a human being.
My memory has improved. In my day work, i meet alot of people and i used to find it difficult remembering names and faces but I have surprised myself this week.
Well in addition to all the positive things said about linux i will like to add that it is Therapeutic too!!

Recent scientific studies have shown that linux increases brain power and overall general health 6 times more effectively than snake oil treatments.

I've only just started with Linux, and I find even already that it's stimulating my brain. I have VERY bad spatial perception, and it's slowly becoming easier for me to visualize elements of the OS while using the command line, for example, directories in relation to each other (hopefully one day, actual program source code). I can't say Windows had any beneficial effect. I, too, feel human again, curious, and eager to learn!
