hp netserver 5/100 lh2

Hello, I am trying to get info on a hp netsever 5/100 LH2.
It does not boot up. I have a cpu and memory in it but no drives. Looking for manuals and set up info.
Second .... is it worth messing with as a starter server?
Thank you for your help...
