If you go to the apache's website, php's website, mysql's website and the website of anything else you want then they most likely have documentation on how to install on Windows.
There is a project that bundles apache/mysql/php plus add-ons in one installer called wamp that may be worth checking out, though I have never used it myself.
Remember this is a Linux forum so your're probably not going to get many, if any good answers. Try asking on a Windows forum.
Geez, it was probably 5 years ago I installed apache on a windows box but it seems to me it just had an install wizard just like every other windows app.
Have you considered simply downloading it and reading the instructions? Novel idea, I know....

Nah...
Linux users are better at windows than windows users
In no time, you will have a server up and running with Apache, PHP, MySQL and PHPMyAdmin. It's great if you need to do something fast and don't have the time to read through pages of .config files. I ran EasyPHP on a Windows box and it was really stable and fast without any problem for over 3 months. Now, however, I removed EasyPHP, since I'm moving to Tomcat and JavaServer Pages/servlets.
It have plugins and allows user to switch from php4 to php5 via a few clicks.
I've used it for testing/dev purposes; I don't think I want to run live production scripts on it. Just don't feel right. lol.
some years ago, b4 i'm aware there are these kind of click and install packages; configuration was done by hand. I remember running php/apache on windows and it has certain limitations/configurations. Can't remember exactly what's missing but i remember i have to set certain path in php.ini
There's not much to explain. It's just like installing a game or MSN (or anything else for that matter). It's pretty much as asking how to start the engine of a VW Golf. You download the executable, double-click on it and it's done. Tomcat has links to start or stop the server from the Programs menu, so I believe Apache would also have that. HowTo's and other tutorials are found here on Apache's homepage:
