how to make ur own live cd of ne linux distro

how to make a live cd and a installer cd of my own linux ...
i have fc4 ..and have installed all reqd apps and quite a few have been written by me for my usage ,,,

how to make a live cd such that wherever i go i get the same linux ...
and suppose i buy a new machine i get the same system like the other one i have in no time installed with the same apps and same configs
