How do you use Bluetooth?

Bluetooth technology become more and more popular. Sony Erikson cell phone has bluetooth enable, palms and etc.

But how do you use Bluetooth? How do you find Bluetooth helpful.

It become more popular just "in words" and I haven't see many people that use bluetooth.
