How can I install a VirtualBox VM from the Arch Linux downloads page.
The Arch Linux Downloads page has a link for VM images and the one for VirtualBox is a .box file. I have no idea on how to install this.

You might start with the article on VirtualBox at the Arch Wiki.

Also check the documentation for VirtualBox itself. This is probably an image-file, meant to be opened by VirtualBox once it has been separately installed on your computer.
