Not a linux technical question, so its been moved to General out of Linux - General.

Buy advertising, that's a start to get a business going to make money. LQ.org has advertising you can buy. Just don't go spamming our forums though with links, were not the classifieds..

Well, you can start with an A4/A5 ad in your school's or student union's bulletin board.

or you can have a web site with all you offerings, and stick the URL in the signature of every email you send, every post in a forum, in a business card, ...

and yes, try not to spam ...

Thanks for the suggestions.
Can anyone suggest any good websites that offer free hosting and a tutor for a good web page creation?

sorry i forgot to mention this in my last post:
I'm not a school going student. I'm doing engineering (in Comp Sci.)
So jalal, the bulletin board is ruled out!
