BUT

the energy put in is BIG and the movement out is very very very very very tinny
in the range of the mass of a few neutrons

this thing is not moving even its self and a HUGE SNAP generator anywhere

at least for a few hundred YEARS yet

The most important benefit of this engine concept, since at best it remains a net loss with no usable power output, is to demonstrate that Science is NOT dogma, that serious scientists are willing tyo entertain notions that "go against the grain" and see for themselves if "laws" are indeed "dusty".
