gripe about Firefox's new bookmark library
 
I don't like the latest Firefox's bookmark editing window, which is now called a "library." It's not difficult to use, but the old design worked fine, and this one doesn't offer anything new that I can see. It's a kludge.

I agree. And what is the json file type for backups? Thankfully we can still export bookmarks to html format so why add this json file type?

And what's worse is that it isn't needed for all the editing options! :scratch:

Makes no sense at all for them to have changed it; it's just one more hoop to jump through to create folders and sort bookmarks by name.
