Yes, if we wish to qualify it as "debunked". Personally, I don't think it's worth the effort, they're obviously in need of counseling from my point of view...but I could always be wrong. I'm not much for conspiracies--but I call it like I see it, and we haven't technically debunked anything. This is play yard bullshit in reality, but no one can really claim a victory if they're not willing to put in the time and research. Which is why conspiracies last, no one wants to put in the hours or weeks of research to prove them wrong. We're basically lazy. But you'd have to be a little crazy for it to bother you enough to WANT to put in that time, when they are so obviously deluded. It's a catch-22.

Your absolutely right.

Now I suggest all you conspiracy theorist stop posting links and random articles in here. The mods will quickly shut down this thread if your only using it to post propoganda.

What is going on here? This is a straight propoganda thread now. Readsomestuff just cuts and pasted things in here that have nothing to do with this discussion. What the hell does Techniques for Truth Supression have to do with any of this and why are you cutting and pasting this in here?
Here's why I posted it.

Crashed_Again said in previous posts, the following:
Quote:
- I'm guessing that DaBlade told other conspiracy nuts on another forum to come joing him here so he doesn't look like such an idiot after we completly debunked all the nonsense he has thrown at us.

- Can you guys link me to the site where you get your tin foil hats?

- The reason you are pissing people off is because you are not sharing your points of view but you are "telling the truth". Its absurd. Sharing your view on these things is fine but telling people they are flat out wrong is irresponsible and indicative of a closed mind.

- Now this thread has become a place to simply cut and paste propoganda? What are you guys recruiting or something?

- Its like talking to a toddler with you people.

- I honestly have to ask you, are you being serious or just doing all this for a laugh?

- Since you've failed to provide us with any valid evidence of these accusations you resort to linking us to some whacked out site

- Big smiles, a good laugh, but absolute lunacy in the end. I would suggest you stop posting at this point since your links and or words are becoming exponentially more ridiculous.

- ummm...your abc link gives a blank page and prisonplanet is hardly a credible source for news.

- More proof of DaBlade's increasing paranoia and hatred toward the US.

- I don't think its feasible to respond to every single allegation made by these nut jobs. Do you?

- This thread has become borderline offensive due to certain peoples utter stupidity.

- Paranoia
1. A psychotic disorder characterized by delusions of persecution with or without grandeur, often strenuously defended with apparent logic and reason.
2. Extreme, irrational distrust of others.
First of all... What was debunked exactly?

How my previous post pertains to the previous comments you have made in this thread (You seem to like #5 heaps):

Fifteen Techniques for Truth Suppression
by David Martin

1. Dummy up. If it's not reported, if it's not news, it didn't happen.

2. Wax indignant. This is also known as the "How dare you?" gambit.

3. Characterize the charges as "rumors" or, better yet, "wild rumors." If, in spite of the news blackout, the public is still able to learn about the suspicious facts, it can only be through "rumors." (If they tend to believe the "rumors" it must be because they are simply "paranoid" or "hysterical.")

5. Call the skeptics names like "conspiracy theorist," "nutcase," "ranter," "kook," "crackpot," and, of course, "rumor monger."

6. Impugn motives. Attempt to marginalize the critics by suggesting strongly that they are not really interested in the truth but are simply pursuing a partisan political agenda or are out to make money (compared to over-compensated adherents to the government line who, presumably, are not).

I have been giving you some references and resources to many of my statements and beliefs.

You haven't answered my question about this previous statement you made. I was hoping to get more insight on this belief of yours? I'd be happy with links as well, actually, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

The former chief economist for the Department of Labor during President George W. Bush's first term, Morgan Reynolds, says that the official story about the collapse of the WTC is "bogus" and that it is more likely that a controlled demolition destroyed the Twin Towers and adjacent Building No. 7.

it's in the Washington Times newspaper.

Do you want the official link or you are too stubborn to accept it ?

That's the thing, once you start putting in the time you start finding out that the picture your corporate/government controlled media is spoon feeding you is full of holes, inaccuracies, and just plain BS.

So, I guess if you don't care to know then ya just gotta let it slide and take the 'ignorance is bliss' approach. I decided against that approach a long time ago. Once that decision was made there really isn't any turning back that I know of.

I try to spread peace, love, and light anyway I can. One way is to try and help others look past this well constructed joke of a smokescreen into a world that could be. Life doesn't have to be about war and hate and i'm better than you. It can be about community and sustainability and love and respect for each other. Even if your view differs from anothers view.

That was a joke in reference to the movie "The Matrix". I thought that was obvious but I should have spelled it out for you. After all, you seem like the type of person who believes everything others tell you.

Oh? I didn't catch the humor. My mistake.

Nope, don't believe everything everyone tells me.. I tend to question everything. Sometimes to a fault I guess.

From wokensheep at Conspiracy Central
how about we do sort of an internet activism? like all the concen members that are well versed get together and start hitting forums everywhere and keep track of which ones that weve hit here. the goal being to educate people about 911. we have enough direct links to films like martial law and dark secrets, and just plain informative links.
the idea came to me when a guy named da blade came to me in the irc and asked for culhavoc. well cul wasnt around so i asked what he needed and he said that he wanted someone to help him deliberate about martial law and 911 in a linux forum here http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...5&pagenumber=1
well after i laughed out loud and asked why was trying to wake people up in a linux forum>? he said that there were thousands of users there. so i went and checked it ouit.
as you can see they werent taking him very seriously. so i simply made a post consisting of foreknowledge from jones's 911 archive. and what do you know the first person that posts said he was going to download the film and watch it . Wink
now imagine if we went around and did this as a mob. how many people could we wake up? wanna help?
I agree. Close this thread.

Please see post #173...

2. Wax indignant. This is also known as the "How dare you?" gambit.

7. Invoke authority. Here the controlled press and the sham opposition can be very useful.

13. Change the subject. This technique includes creating and/or publicizing distractions.

Or more lies from the Conspiracy Central crowd.
If you will lie about one thing, chances you will lie about others as well. That is the logic you use for GW Bush correct? That he is a liar?

this one is my favorite from that thread at the conspiratorial site (posted by wokensheep):
Quote:
[referring to this LQ thread] most of them would rather spew ignorance than read what i post. ive shot them down over and over agian but yet they refuse to respond to any proof.
first of all, nobody has "proven" anything on this thread - that's just ridiculous... and second of all, to think that he's "shot down" anyone on this thread just shows how disconnected from reality he probably is...
