General -- sounds like a lounge ;)


I can't resist to see this section of the forum as "a lounge for Linux users when they are tired of answering newbs and stupid questions". I mean, the impression... Not that I think this way. No questions are stupid, and everything... Just wanted to share, cause this has been bugging me for some time .

FYI: "beginning" not "beggining" - this brain dump would have caused yet another panic due to an invalid checksum.

General in my opinion is a good forum to have as it allows for random thoughts and non-technical discussions.

Actually it's mainly for anything that doesn't belong in any other forum here. And now that we have blogs for members, random thoughts that aren't questions should really go in that users blog.. IMHO.
