Geforce 3 ti 200 Question

My friend has a gf3 ti 200 and on windosw in cs he gets 100fps constant.... I have same vid card... and in cs on winbloze i get like 50-100 fps never constant... ne 1 kno y... my verticaly sync is off

hmm... different manufacturor maybe? possibly a heat issue? hard to say.

What windows are you using? Like ^ said, heat can definitely be an issue. Another thing to look out for is simply bad servers. Also, you didn't say whether or not your computer was like his too. Not that CS is a cpu hungry game but it's certainly a factor.
Ive had many cases in which i get 99 fps on one server and then go to another and im down in like 60s.

Not that I mind considering after 55fps the human eye cannot distinguishe the difference.
