Funny: MS server failed last night

Ok, I'm at work and a microsoft server fails with a Blue Screen of death. This is pretty ordinary, but when it happens our boss wants to know why it failed and what/if there is a fix for it.

the failure was cause by ntoskrnl.exe and I looked up the exception error on Microsoft Technet. The third thing it says to do to fix the problem is to replace the file in error. Funny, I try to tell people to stop using the microsoft kernel and replace it with linux all the time, and now microsoft is telling people to do it too.
