This talks about incidents from late Feb / early March, so I suppose that's how old it is.
The title isn't wrong, but somewhat misleading (NATO being Romania in this case).

This isn't a news story, it's just "some youtuber" talking about some info they have about some incidents (since I don't go on youtube I don't know if they provided sources for their claims - not in the video itself though).
Mostly stock or unrelated footage.
He doesn't seem to have an agenda, just telling us things as they objectively appear to be with the best possible information available.

Providing he's telling the truth, it's just another story that shows how unethical the Kremlin's propaganda really is, with its complete disregard for truth or fact.

Just as an aside, I would not think of randos on Youtube or the Zuckerborg or "social" media in general as reliable sources of news.

Sometimes, they act in good faith, taking a rumor and running with it.

Far too often, they are liars with (sometimes hidden) agendas looking to gull the gullible.

Just my two cents.

Ex-Soviet Moldova is feeling the squeeze from Russian. It isn't in Nato.
