BTW, history has taught us many times that some countries have a strong influence in some global organizations (like the UN, or the OAS, for instance). I guess in some cases it's best to just wait and look for the best outcome for all the parties involved.

Also, in cases where big countries resort to foul play with small countries for some reason, small countries just need some guarantee it won't happen again (and yes, small countries must know the laws in these cases, just be sure about what to do if things get rough).
