Enjoying Myself in Los Angeles
 

great weather, lots to do, nice looking women and of course..traffic but its cool. Sure beats the uncertain weather patterns of the midwest. If I could find a decent job here I might make a move next year.

Ha, I suppose that depends on your definition of "decent"!

Film star, media mogul, general vvv rich person! All would fit the bill, when describing a "decent" job. Only problem being that all the vacancies already tend to be taken up!

I'd imagine that there's always another opening for a "drugs baron", money's supposed to be quite good, except as far as I understand, there's not too much job security! :D:D:D

I don't know how long you'll be in L.A. but if you're looking for a happening scene, head down to Hermosa Beach in the evening, then go to Pier Ave. There's all sorts of places to go there, have fun -- J.W.

Can you explain more in detail cuz Ive lived in LA my whole life and have never enjoyed myself.:p

yeah I can understand but you see I lived in Ohio and Kentucky all my life and have had to put up with storms, humidity and heat, lack of a true nightlife, lack of a true diversity of cultures, etc etc..however I can drive to work and back without stopping in traffic on the freeway..: ) I guess its just different when you're on vacation though Nick. Maybe if I lived here all my life I wouldnt appreciated it as much but Ive had a really great time.

If you are enjoying yourself in L.A., just think how much more you would be enjoying yourself in a better SoCAL city. :)
