Dude, that's not dutch ! I can know, I live in The Netherlands.
.....
......
... he but weight a minute, maby it IS dutch. It think it's supposed to be :

Ik ga een presentatie aan u geven, bedankt voor U luistering. Dag

But not only is the spelling wrong, right now the grammer is just crap. So correcting that, it should read :

Ik ga een presentatie aan u geven, bedankt voor U aandacht. Dag

It say's :

I'm going to give a presentation now, thanks for your attention. Bey

But that does not make sense. As I would say in dutch:

Aan andere Nederlanders die dit lezen, snappen jullie hier iets van ?

It say's

To other dutch folks reading this, do you you have an idea what this means?

I would say the same as Schatoor.

Is it Dutch spelled so that English speakers can pronounce it perhaps?

Cuz when I try and read it like that it sounds like Dutch with a heavy American accent

I guess it is aimed to me, welp the thing is a dude talked to a girl on AIM and she said if he translates it he can get whatever he wishes, to be short he wants some a55 , so I just wanted to give him a heads up, and I know LQ'ers are all over the world, some are fluent in Dutch obviously, sorry I should've stated the reason in the original, so I hope you don't hold it against me for makeing a little use of your Dutch knowledge for such a stupid reason, LOL.

I really have no idea, they still are talking through AIM, and he wouldn't give her screenname, talking about appreciation, right? I do appreciate your help, but I won't score this one
