Download manager for Linux src?

Has anyone used some sort of a download manager for downloading linux source from ftp sites?. The one I use (download accelerator for windows, and nt for linux) handle only one file at a time., and I am not sure how to use those to downloading source.

More than a download manager, it probably should look like folder synchronization tool with ftp support. I generally use Windows Commander in Windows but would like to know if there is any such tool available on Linux.

Thanks,

Try gftp. It has local and remote direcory views, bookmarks, resumed downloads, multiple files to download in a queue. Also, konqueror does much the same with split window.

there's this really cool download manager that goes by the name of caitoo - it's available from one of the KDE sites ( i suppose they're the guys who develop it); the best thing about it is that it's an all-round download manager, supporting even downloads from ftp sites. it's even got nifty features like support for drag-and-drop.
try it out.
