Hmm well unfortunately I do not have them, but I would like to have 6 till 9 e-mailed to me, my e-mail adres is: stefan.van.beusekom@gmail.com. honestly I have always hated classic music. But just like you I also have a wide interest in different kinds of music.
Thanks in advance,
Stefan
Ok 27307SB. It might be a couple of days though.
Oh and:
Quote:
da da duhn, da da da duhn, da da..da da dada-dada-dada-dada duhn.
That's Beethoven's 5th, I think. One of the ones I'm looking for!

Yeah, Homes, haveint you hurd? Beethoven gotz madz skillz, yo!
I've always like that one song that went da da duhn, da da da duhn, da da..da da dada-dada-dada-dada duhn.
Definitely the fifth, (in C minor) also called the victory symphony since the opening motiff is similar to the V in morse code. Actually it was used with this idea during WWII by the BBC to their radio broadcasts
I find it good that somebody nowadays can recognise the value of Beethoven music, because everybody is trying to convince us all that noise is also music...Beethoven is a genius and his music is the best present for all mankind.

Well 'Nowadays' I find that there is pretty good music too. It's just that there are alot of musicians....making crap. So if your looking for good music it's harder to find. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
For example...Bubbling is just a matter of preference. It's pretty primal music, mix that together with a woman constantly moaning and a guy talking about every possible position that the 'oh-so-sacred' book of Kama sutra holds, and you got yourself some 15-16 year olds going at it because of pure hormonal rage. While the persons who are already adults and their hormons have settled down, prefer music that is calming or to some 'emotional'.
And since children are the record companies biggest source of income... they'd rather put Sean paul on the radio then beethoven. Even on the internet beethoven's music is a rare sight.
But I myself, who is 19 and still inbetween the whole puberty vs adulthood, find both music types appealling. I used to love bubbling and hate classic, and now I thing bubbling is so-so and classic can be pretty good...
but there is also music that can be apreciated by both sides: one of my personal favorite songs at the moment: "Santana Ft. Steven Tyler - Just Feel Better"
EDIT: i'd love to send it to you guys or put it online on my server but i'm at work now so...don't bother asking, unless you want to wait 8 hours, i'd suggest Limewire, kazaa, bearshare or whatever works for ya
I've got bad news for ya, and I've got good news for ya.
The bad news is, I don't got the songs and even if I did have them, I probably wouldn't directly send them to you because I'm on dialup.
The good news is the songs DO exist, and people have them available. I just did a "global" search on amule for the words "bbc beethoven". It brought up several files and over 40 different people have symphonies 2, 4, and 5. Symphonies 3 and 1 appear more rare.
After you download and install amule (or mldonkey) you can paste these links into the program for it to download:

that's one more to the list... I have a couple of them on LP (yeah, remember, those big old frisbees that get scratched so easily ) but I love that stuff for the car, so mp3's the deal!
