DHCP Scope option 161

I have the need to add 2 dhcp scope options (for ftp server and ftp directory) to dhcpd.conf and it's not working.

I put the following lines in my dhcp.conf file

option option-161 10.38.139.9;
option option-162 "/home/ftp";
Can I use the next-server and filename optons instead?

I'm running Debian Linux 4.0.
