Dedicated Hosting

So we're looking to have a dedicated server off-site for disaster recovery purposes -- if our web site goes down, we can use the remote site for informational purposes; DNS to point to it, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions for how to go about finding a quality place where we can rent a dedicated server to set up how we like?

Depends on your location and if you need physical access or not. If this is for a corporate type environment, I always suggest renting space and supplying your own server to manage yourself, etc.
