If i have a dvd+rw, part of it corrupt, can i still use it safely? Or is there a danger the burner will try to write to it?

I don't think there's any danger to the writer. On the other hand it will usually eject the disk without writing it.

I don't recommend you use a corrupt rw media since you can never be sure of data integrity and writing may fail to complete anyway.

This has been my experience with dvd+rws.
