There are not just "sirs" on this site. And we can try to help, but you need to provide details. You don't tell us what version/distro of Linux you're using, and only say pvr format. How are these videos getting on your Linux system? You say you are "trying different converters but there is no use"...WHICH converters? How are you using them? What are the error(s)/message(s)/results?

A typical converter for Linux is ffmpeg. A simple "ffmpeg -i <name of input file> <name of output file>.mpg" may be all that's needed.

What, exactly, would a Windows 'emulator' do to convert a video file on its own? The OP was asking about a converter to go from one video format to another, and wine is not such a program. AGAIN: ***THERE ARE NOT JUST SIRS ON THIS SITE***

And again, you are not providing details. You were asked:
  • What version/distro of Linux you're using
  • How are these videos getting on your Linux system?
  • You say you are "trying different converters but there is no use"...WHICH converters?
  • How are you using them?
  • What are the error(s)/message(s)/results?
  • What are you using to play these videos?
Re-stating the question doesn't provide new information. Answer the questions asked, and provide details, or there is little point in posting.

::EDIT::
The file is a .ts file....and a VERY quick Google search says that VLC can easily play/convert those files. And if you're asking about how to play them on Windows, you need to ask Windows questions on a WINDOWS FORUM.

As TBOne stated, you therefore need to ask your question on a Windows forum, not a Linux one.

This is not a Windows forum, it is a Linux forum. You need to ask elsewhere.

@Chinnaroy143,

Given you're not listening to want you're being told, I've reported this.

Moved: This thread is more suitable in Non-Nix General and has been moved accordingly to help your thread/question get the exposure it deserves.

The question seems to be either "How to play a PVR file using Windows 10", or "How to convert a PVR file to a format suitable for Windows 10"

@Chinnaroy143,

I suggest you put "how to play a PVR file on Windows 10" into a web search engine for starters. There seem to be a few hits that appear viable that I can see when I perform that search.

Best Regards.

VLC player may be able to show the videos.
