CMS with less end-user interaction

Im on the look out for a easy to use content managment system that my company can use for a small section of our website. The features in geeklokg are perfect but perhaps a little ot much. We don't want end-users making accounts and submitting stories, but we like how we can rearrange menus (blocks), edit/create static pages, print friendly links, poll booths, etc.

Is there anything like this? I guess it'd be easy to compare the needs to a 'stripped down' version of geeklog er something of the sort.

Geeklog is modular as far as I know, you can include/exclude features you dont want. But if its choice your after, theres one alternative that I know of.
