cannot install windows on computer that came with linspire 4.5 installed
 

i just bought a powerspec 1415 that came installed with linspire 4.5 at microcenter cuz i'm trying to ditch windows but i know hardly anything about linux yet so i want windows on my computer as well because i still need to use some programs. the problem is i cannot get windows to install on the machine. i cannot even get the computer to boot from the windows cd (i'm using windows 98 and it is a copy), i've wiped the drive, partitioned it, etc. etc. and no success. in addition the computer is not seeing the cd and its contents from the file manager or the linux prompt unless i run the cdrom program first.

First of all, as far as I'm concerned this is not a Linux-Question.
secondly you're asking us to support you with an illegal act.
