Can someone recommend a trees forum?

I want to test my identification of a neighborhood tree with some tree aficionados. DDG turned up arbordayforum.com first, which appears to be dead (can't register, last post 2016, previous 2009). Rather than hunt through a bunch, I ask here, in case any of you ever go outside.

A web search turned up this. It certainly looks legit: https://garden.org/forums/view/plantid/

I have an Android app called Pl@ntNet that works pretty nicely. It's associated with a number of quite reputable organizations. https://identify.plantnet-project.org/

If you are in the States, you could check with your local agricultural extension agent or find some Master Gardeners. They would be the ones to know who to recommend: http://www.pickyourown.org/countyext...entoffices.htm

If you are in the USA, contact the local Master Gardener Program and send them photos...

recognizing flora & fauna is a local skill - i recommend finding a local forum/mailinglist of nature friends or some such.
