BitTorrent where from here

[root@localhost larry]# rpm -ivh BitTorrent-4.0.4-1.noarch.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:BitTorrent ########################################### [100%]
[root@localhost larry]#

I just installed FC4.1 and trying very carefully to not screw things up. I have installed Java
as directed and all went well there.
I downloaded the file above and in terminal as SU I did the install so far
Now where do I proceed from here.
I still have the terminal screen minimized and will wait to see what to do next.

bit torrent is now installed. to get a nice gui you could install bittorrent-gui. Easiest way is using yum, but you could also download it from the repository you downloaded bittorrent from. After installing bittorrent gui you'll have graphical access to the app from the menu.

The 100% bit shows that your file is installed and you have been dropped back to the root prompt so that you can enter more commands if you want to.

bittorrent

Linmix
I did the yum install and all went ok. I am trying to find the menu where I would see bittorrent?

If I was to run this from the command line what would the command be? I have done several but from
my /home/larry and I know how to run them from there. I have also made some icons to run apps from the
tool bar.

Thank you for your help.

Larry.

Never mind I found it under internet and have tried it out some.

bittorrent is a python app.
/usr/share/applications/fedora-bittorrent.desktop shows the command to be btdownloadgui.py, but since you've found the link from the internet menu...

you're welcome
