Big commercial LAND


hi , i need to ask your guys opinion here
we have big 80 acre area what else can be developed , in my list is

1) Airport
2) built IT city like silicon valley
3)...

guys please add more , i am sorry maybe not right place to ask
but i dont have others community group to ask,
any suggestion welcome

Is...is this like in SimCity?

Remember, the nuclear reactors are great, but make sure to watch their lifetime and replace them before they get too old, otherwise you are done for.

sorry first time heard Simcity ,btw im not games player person
im totally full time life with system and network administration die hard

i came across this issue because suddently one of the boss asking me what else can be done,
asking my idea which i totally blur about it

Simple: Do some demographics, market, and land-use studies in your area. Noone that does not live there (or other wise know the area REALLY well) will be able to give any specific advice.

80 acres...depends very much where it is. Airport would need to go through a crapton of government approval. Housing development is the obvious choice. The space is a bit big for a business park or shopping centre.
