Best bet for future employment? hp-ux, Solaris, IBM-AIX??

hi guys....

i am bit confused...i am rhce now i am planing to to do some more courses such as ibm-aix ,Solaris or hp-ux...can any one suggest me which options in three of them will we be helpful for me in future for job prespective....

Solaris of course I'm biased.

If you're into virtualization and big iron then AIX. The AIX admins at work get paid more than the lowly Solaris/linux guys. I've never worked anywhere that used HP so that's the last one I would go into.
