Then may I suggest that you have a badly bent sense of what constitutes "justice".

I read the article and it seems a Linux developer got swatted by some online miscreant, that is, a troll sent police to his house. The developer didn't do anything. A long-time developer who has given back selflessly to his community was needlessly targeted. I get that you don't like Linux. That was justice?

Posted here in the General forum already.

This threat is patched in Ubuntu and a fix is available for Debian-unstable; I'll assume a patch will be released for Debian-stable shortly.

Luckily, everyone immediately installs all patches, especially on servers.

I stopped using Windows before Recall was implemented in Windows 11. Recall may or may not drive users to Linux and Mac OS.
Do you think Recall is useful or just spyware?

Any users capable of being driven away from Windows are GONE.

Indeed. The remaining can only be forced to leave.

IMHO Microsoft has done nothing good for themselves and as matter of fact has quite literally shot themself in the figurative foot just as IBM did with OS2 back in the day after Microsoft quit the OS2 partner ship with IBM. They then came out five years later with Winblows(Windows) which now since they've pretty much fired most if not all of their quality assurance engineers which several consumer and business complaints Ala Cloud Strike crash earlier this year. This can also be closely compared to the demise of bricks and mortar retailers in any part of the modern consumerist western economic systems.
