Looks good, but could I make a suggestion? The pixels around Tux' border are too visible and blocky. I applied a slight blur to that part of the image:

I'm not sure what it's called in Photoshop, but in the GIMP I used a 5x5 pixel Gaussian Blur. I excluded the section with the text as blurring looked sloppy and made it hard to read.

Have you considered uploading it over at Gnome-Look or KDE-Look?

You're right. How odd... If you copy the link manually and past it into the address bar it should work. My free hosting must not allow direct linking to images
